Naguib Sawiris is one of the most influential business tycoons of our times. From being the Chairman of Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH), one of Egypt’s largest and most diversified conglomerates and the country’s largest private-sector employer, to heading market-changing companies in the financial services, energy, agri-industries, logistics and real estate sector, Sawiris has a proven track record of excellence. His major achievement at Orascom was that he sold the company to VEON to create the world’s sixth largest telecommunications firm.

ANWAR SAIFULLAH KHAN VICE CHAIRMAN EIGHTEEN

Anwar Saifullah Khan, Vice Chairman of Eighteen, plays a pivotal role in driving the project’s strategic vision and global partnerships, most notably with Ora Developers. As Co-Chairman of the Saif Group for over three decades, he has spearheaded the conglomerate’s growth across energy, power, healthcare, textiles, telecommunications, and real estate. A seasoned business leader, he blends political acumen with corporate foresight to deliver transformative real estate initiatives. Educated at the University of Peshawar and Christ Church, Oxford, he has also served in the Senate and held a ministerial portfolio. His leadership is defined by ambition, and executional excellence, shaping Eighteen into a community that embodies modern luxury and progressive living.

MOHAMED MANSOUR CEO EIGHTEEN

With over 20 years of diversified and international experience, Dr. Mohamed Mansour has successfully led high-value real estate and infrastructure projects for multinational companies worldwide, including SODIC and Dar Al-Handasah. His career portfolio also includes serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Ora developers, overseeing Technical and Facility Management operations across its global subsidiaries.

Dr. Mansour holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University (USA) as well as a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science with High Honours from the American University in Cairo. Now leading Eighteen as its Chief Executive Officer, he emphasizes a results-driven culture built on innovation and performance, steering the organization into a new era of growth and refined living.

As Chief Financial Officer at Eighteen, Mr. Mohamed Sherbiny provides strategic financial leadership, reporting, and governance, driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation. With expertise in assurance, advisory, and corporate finance, and international experience in the technology and automotive sectors, he brings financial acumen and strategic depth to his role. A graduate of ESLSCA University and Helwan University, he is recognized for disciplined, collaborative leadership and a commitment to balancing performance, vision, and purpose.

AHMED EZZELDIN CPO EIGHTEEN

Ahmed Ezzeldin serves as Chief Procurement Officer at Eighteen, leading procurement and contract management for large-scale real estate developments. With over 22 years of experience, he has delivered complex residential, commercial, and hospitality projects with leading local and international firms. Holding a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and diplomas in Project Management, Contracts, Legal, and Finance from the American University in Cairo. Renowned for his strategic leadership, he excels in procurement strategy, contract management, building supplier relations, and driving efficiency, innovation, and project success.

AFTAB KHAN CSO EIGHTEEN

Mr. Aftab Khan, Chief Sales Officer, leads the commercial vision of one of Pakistan’s leading residential and commercial communities. With 24 years of experience across international and domestic markets, including Dubai’s competitive real estate sector, he brings expertise in business development, strategic sales, and client management. A Marketing graduate and charismatic leader, he is committed to building scalable systems, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
